LaserPecker machines engrave and cut a wide range of materials—from intricate paper to durable metal. Use our material settings reference for optimal results.

Follow these steps to find your settings:

1. Choose Your Model: Select your specific LaserPecker machine (e.g., LP4, LP5, etc.) to see compatible settings.
2. Select a Material: Browse the available materials to locate the one you’re working with.
3. Review the Parameters: The data sheet will display suggested parameters, including:

Mode: (e.g., Engrave, Cut)
Power & Speed: Recommended percentages
Passes & Depth: Number of passes and expected depth.

Important Note on Fine-Tuning:

These settings have been rigorously tested by our in-house experts and serve as recommended starting points. Material characteristics (such as coating, thickness, or wood grain) can vary. You are encouraged to experiment with the power, speed, and number of passes to achieve your desired outcome.

Can I only upgrade to a higher-tier machine?

Yes. You can only trade in your old device for a machine of the same tier or higher. Downgrades are not supported.

How long does it take to receive the reward?

We review all applications within 24 hours and send rewards via email.
If a return is required, you will receive a $50 coupon upon form submission.
After you ship the device and provide the tracking number, we’ll verify receipt, and the remaining discount will be emailed after confirmation.

Can I trade in a damaged or non-working device?

Devices with minor wear or that still function normally are generally eligible.
If your device is severely damaged or non‑functional, you can still receive a $50 trade‑in coupon as a token of our appreciation.

If I don’t want to return my old device, can I still get a discount?

Yes. If you choose to keep your old device, you will still receive a $50 coupon as a token of our appreciation.

Who covers the shipping cost for returning the old device?

If a return is required, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
After shipping, please email the tracking number to our customer service team at services@laserpecker.com.
Once receipt is confirmed, the remaining reward will be sent via email.
