LP5 Safeguard vs. LP5 Standard. Which One to Choose?
LP5 Bundles Comparison
Both bundles feature a 20W Fiber and 20W Diode Laser, offering the same engraving and cutting power, 10000mm/s industrial-grade speed, and can do deep engraving for high-contrast markings, vivid 3d grayscale embossing, ultra-precise metal cutting.
The key differences are in accessory compatibility, which affects the engraving area and usage restrictions.
LP5 Safeguard:
Comes with a specially developped enclosed system with built-in camera module for all-round laser protection, batch filling, photo capture and so on.
NOT campatible with the LP5 Electric Stand, LP5 Conical Protective Cover and Slide Extension due to its fully enclosed design.
The engraving area is thus restricted to 120 mm x 160 mm.
LP5 Standard Bundle
Comes with a conical protective cover and an electric stand. The Laser Unit can be detached from the electric stand for flexible handheld engraving.
No built-in camera, but you can add the LP5 Safety Enclosure separately to get camera functionality.
Campatible with the LP5 Electric Stand, LP5 Conical Protective Cover and Slide Extension, allowing an extended engraving area of up to 160 mm x 300 mm (with the Slide Extension).
